About Us
The origin of Triumph motorcycles dates back to the late 19th century when Siegfried Bettmann, settled in Coventry, England and capitalized on the bicycle market.  Bicycles soon became motorbikes and the evolution of one of the most famous names in motorcycling began.

Royal Enfield started with the first production in 1901 of English motorcycles. Within 30 years Royal Enfield had developed a range of models called the bullet 250, 350 and 500. However Royal Enfield never matched the popularity of companies like Norton or Triumph.

Seeing the trend and the market for motorcycles the Splittgerber family entered the motorcycle business in 1940. To learn more about Spitzie’s and our long history feel free to stop in and talk with Dean.
